Phase Quest Refund and Return Policy
At Phase Quest, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you need to return a product, please review the following guidelines:
Return Process
- Return Authorization: If you believe you’ve received the wrong product or it is incompatible with your system, please contact Phase Quest to discuss before sending the item back.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be returned freight prepaid and properly packed in its original condition to avoid damage during transit.
- Inspection: Once the product is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the product is not in its original condition, it will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to you at your expense.
Restocking Fee
- A 30% restocking fee will apply for all returns, including situations where the product ordered is incompatible with your system or you’ve chosen the wrong product.
- Products that have been opened, used, or attempted to be installed or connected cannot be accepted for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus the 30% restocking fee and any costs for replacement parts or modifications.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Non-Returnable Products
- Custom orders and modified units (such as specific voltage modifications, custom orders, etc.) are not eligible for return.
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned.
